Register for a 8′ x 10′ booth space or 6′ tabletop space.

  • Booth/Table registration includes one (1) staff-person with full conference access & coffee/lunch.
  • Additional booth staff registrations with full conference access & coffee/lunch: $250.
  • All booth staff must be registered by September 1.
  • Note: Comiskey room is on lower level, adjacent to breakout rooms. Coffee and refreshments will be stationed there.
  • Due to fire regulations, pop-ups and backdrops are not allowed in the table top area

Please note your top 3 booth or tabletop location choices in the registration form. Booth location requests are honored in the order they are received. PHAUS sponsors receive preference. Map is updated during business hours.

Conference booth, table, staff & miscellaneous sponsorship cancellations made before August 9, 2015 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after August 10, 2015 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising.

Setup

  • Setup begins 10:00 a.m. September 10
  • Setup must be complete by 4:30 p.m. September 10
  • Expo Opening Reception: 5:30 – 7:30

Friday September 11, opening day of core conference

Registration, breakfast in ballroom/exhibits, 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Lunch in ballroom/exhibits: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Post conference reception/exhibits, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 12, closing day of core conference

  • Breakfast in ballroom/exhibits, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • Lunch in ballroom/exhibits, 12:30 – 2:00
  • Closing keynote and remarks: 4:15 – 5:15
  • Teardown begins 5:15, complete by 8:00 p.m.


Freeman Decorating will handle pipe and drape, furnishings, storage, etc.
